Starting March 1, 2026, Bank of America is making your online shopping even safer and easier when you use your University Purchasing Card (P-card). They’ve added a new mandatory feature, One-Time Passcode (OTP) authentication, for online transactions. When an online merchant requires extra security, you can now verify your identity quickly by receiving a passcode sent to your mobile phone or email, instead of needing to call Fraud Servicing for approval.

Action Required: To ensure you receive these passcodes and to prevent transaction declines, please take a moment to verify your contact information today:

  1. Log in to Global Card Access (GCA) or the GCA mobile app
  2. Review and update your mobile phone number and email address
  3. Confirm your details are current
