P-CARD TRAINING UPDATE: MARCH 2026

Starting March 16, 2026, all Purchasing Card (P-card) accountholders will be required to complete the mandatory P-card Program training course annually. This on-demand training will be automatically assigned in the Learning and Development Portal. Accountholders must complete the required training by Thursday, April 30, 2026, through the Learning and Development Portal. P-cards will be suspended for those who haven’t completed the training by the deadline.

New cardholders who have taken the training since Jan. 1, 2026, will not be required to take the training again this year.
