New Travel Management Partnership with Christopherson Business Travel

We are pleased to announce that the University has contracted with Christopherson Business Travel (CBT) to provide travel management services for faculty and staff. This collaboration offers University travelers a variety of booking options, including using an online portal in Concur or booking directly with a CBT travel advisor. Travelers choose which booking services they want to use: airfare, lodging or rental car.

Key benefits of travel booking services:

  • Access to discounted airfare rates
  • Comprehensive travel support, including after-hours assistance
  • Integration with existing Concur expense processes

While it will not be mandatory for all users, we encourage everyone to use the new travel booking program for its benefits and streamlined processes. This service will be available to faculty and staff when Concur launches on Thursday, Aug. 1, 2024.
