P-CARD TRAINING UPDATE: APRIL 2025

Starting April 9, 2025, all Purchasing Card (P-card) accountholders will be required to complete a new mandatory P-card Program training course. This on-demand training will be automatically assigned in the Learning and Development Portal.  Accountholders must finish the required training by Thursday, May 15, through the Learning and Development Portal. P-cards will be suspended for those who haven’t completed the training by the deadline. This change aligns with the UNC System Policy, which requires P-card training every two years.

New accountholders will also be assigned this training, eliminating the need for a separate training. The current instructor-led course will be discontinued.
