Concur Town Halls

Faculty and staff will begin using Concur for travel and expense management in August. This change supports the need to streamline university travel and expense processes while ensuring policy compliance. Concur will also be used to reconcile non-travel purchases made on the university’s purchasing cards (p-cards), eliminating the need for two separate systems. Bank of America will continue to provide p-cards, and individuals’ assigned p-cards will remain the same.

We value your input and want to ensure everyone is well-informed about the Concur project. That’s why we are hosting several Town Halls, open to all campus community members. High-level overview sessions of this project were held in June. The July Town Hall sessions will provide updates and a “sneak peak” of the travel Request process in Concur from both the traveler’s and traveler’s delegate perspectives. In-depth training sessions and guides will be provided before and after Concur goes live in August. We encourage you to register for an upcoming session to learn more about this exciting initiative. Additional information can be found on the Concur project page.
