UPS Account Setup

The Principle Investigator for the account will have to initiate authorization for any user to access UPS CampusShip.

Required and general information

The following information will be required by the UPS administrator to set-up a new account.

  • Name of new user
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Department name and building location
  • Account numbers authorized to use

The new user will receive two (2) emails from UPS customer service once they are set-up and should use this to log on the site to change their temporary password to a permanent one.

It is the department’s responsibility to notify the administrator when a user is no longer authorized access to UPS CampusShip. The administrator will provide training if needed by new users once an account has been established.

Departments should be aware that account numbers can ONLY be assigned to ONE location at a time. You will not be able to have the same account number assigned to multiple locations.

To receive shipping supplies, contact customer service at 1-800-742-5877 and give your name and location and they will send them to you.

UPS drop box locations on campus

It is recommended to use one of the drop boxes located around campus to ship your next day air letters or express boxes. There are currently three UPS drop boxes located on campus:

  1. In front of Kennedy (facing Prospector)
  2. On the dock at the College of Education building
  3. On the dock at Grigg Hall
